Clear Health Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Clear Health Diagnostics Partner Program (“Partner Program”). By enrolling in the Partner Program, you (“Partner” or “Affiliate”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

The Clear Health Partner Program allows approved Partners to refer eligible new customers to Clear Health Diagnostics using their unique referral link or other approved referral method.

Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or other employment relationship with Clear Health Diagnostics. Partners participate as independent referral partners and are responsible for their own business activities and applicable tax obligations.

2. Partner Referral Benefit

Eligible new customers who enroll through an approved Partner referral receive $50 off the regular $99 membership price, reducing their membership price to $49, subject to the terms of the applicable membership offer.

The membership discount is provided to the referred customer and is separate from any commission earned by the Partner.

Clear Health Diagnostics reserves the right to modify membership pricing, promotional offers, discounts, or program benefits for future referrals. Changes will not affect commissions already earned under the terms in effect at the time of the qualifying transaction.

3. Partner Commission

Partners earn a $75 commission when an eligible referred customer completes their first qualifying lab order with Clear Health Diagnostics.

No commission is earned solely for a membership enrollment.

The $75 commission applies only to the referred customer's first qualifying lab order. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Clear Health Diagnostics, repeat or subsequent lab orders do not generate additional affiliate commissions.

4. Qualifying Referrals

To qualify for a commission:

  • The customer must be a new eligible referral to Clear Health Diagnostics.

  • The customer must enroll or otherwise be properly attributed to the Partner through the Partner's unique referral link or approved referral method.

  • The customer must complete and pay for their first qualifying lab order.

  • The transaction must be successfully processed and not canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.

  • The referral must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Partners are responsible for ensuring customers use the appropriate referral link or approved referral method. Clear Health Diagnostics is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed to a Partner because the referral link or tracking method was not properly used.

5. Commission Payments

All Partner commissions are paid exclusively through PayPal.

Partners are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid PayPal account and accurate PayPal payment information within their Partner account. Clear Health Diagnostics is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected payments resulting from incorrect or outdated payment information provided by the Partner.

Eligible commissions will be reflected in the Partner's affiliate dashboard after the qualifying transaction has been verified.

Commissions may be held until Clear Health Diagnostics confirms that the qualifying order has been successfully processed and has not been canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible.

Any fees charged by PayPal in connection with receiving or transferring commission payments are the responsibility of the Partner.

Partners are responsible for providing any tax information requested by Clear Health Diagnostics and for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with commissions received through the Clear Health Partner Program.6. Cancellations, Refunds, Disputes and Chargebacks

A commission is not considered earned on an order that is canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible.

If a commission has already been credited or paid on an ineligible transaction, Clear Health Diagnostics reserves the right to deduct that amount from future commissions or request repayment.

7. Self-Referrals

Partners may not use their own affiliate link, another account controlled by them, or other methods intended to generate commissions on their own purchases.

Transactions determined to be self-referrals or attempts to manipulate the Partner Program may be disqualified and may result in termination from the program.

8. Marketing and Promotion

Partners may promote Clear Health Diagnostics through lawful and ethical marketing methods.

Partners may not:

  • Make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about Clear Health Diagnostics, its services, laboratory testing, telehealth services, prescriptions, products, pricing, or potential results.

  • Make medical diagnoses or guarantees based on Clear Health Diagnostics services unless legally authorized to do so.

  • Guarantee specific health, treatment, weight-loss, financial, or business outcomes.

  • Represent themselves as employees, agents, medical providers, or authorized representatives of Clear Health Diagnostics unless separately authorized in writing.

  • Alter Clear Health Diagnostics branding, offers, pricing, or promotional terms in a misleading manner.

  • Engage in spam, deceptive advertising, fraudulent activity, or other unlawful marketing practices.

  • Use Clear Health Diagnostics trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property except as authorized by Clear Health Diagnostics.

Partners must accurately disclose their relationship with Clear Health Diagnostics when promoting the program and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements.

9. No Medical Representation

Participation in the Partner Program does not authorize a Partner to practice medicine, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, interpret laboratory results beyond the Partner's lawful professional scope, or otherwise perform services requiring a professional license.

Partners are responsible for operating within their own professional scope of practice and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their businesses.

10. Program Changes

Clear Health Diagnostics may modify the Partner Program, including commission amounts, qualifying purchase requirements, referral incentives, promotional pricing, payment procedures, and other program terms.

Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Commissions properly earned before a change will be handled according to the terms applicable when the qualifying transaction occurred.

11. Suspension or Termination

Clear Health Diagnostics reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner's participation for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the Clear Health Diagnostics brand, unlawful activity, or conduct that may reasonably harm Clear Health Diagnostics or its customers.

Upon termination, valid commissions earned before termination may remain payable, subject to verification and these Terms. Fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible commissions will not be paid.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Health Diagnostics will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.

Clear Health Diagnostics does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, sales, commissions, or earnings.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, creating a Partner account, or participating in the Clear Health Partner Program, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Clear Health Diagnostics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as the Partner Program evolves.
